Billie Piper Does Avante-Garde Fashion Vid

This is a very interesting high fashion vid called "The Raven." It reminds me very much of some very early German or Scandinavian films I've seen. It has that creepy Gothic feel to it.

I'm going to mark this Not Work Safe against my personal judgment that it is totally fine.

There is no sex or anything, but Billie (with her back to camera) is partially nude at the beginning and I could see how it might cause comment just from being such a weird thing to watch on your work computer.

Strange, lulling, almost hypnotic. (Although I admit to thinking at the beginning, how easy to put on stockings if you don't care about giant runs. *g*)

Yes! It isn't my cuppa either, but it is Bill and I have devoted myself to having a complete collection of her work. So, I would very much appreciate an AVI copy if you could make one. Also, if you have some secret method for doing this that you would share privately with me...I would love to hear about it. Of course, if you are a MAC (or Linux) user...never mind. :grin:

No problem. Is there a good place to stick the file where you can get it? I can upload it to my own site, but I have no idea how long it will take to download! LOL

No big secret, I have a Firefox add-on called DownloadHelper (you can find it on the add-ins page). It can download and convert most audio and video files. Not all - I've run into a few Flash files that were protected somehow, but most.

I liked it conceptually, and the cinematography was gorgeous, but I must say, the clothing itself just didn't work for me. The underpinnings and make-up were much more interesting.

Yes! The clothing really isn't that attractive. And I'm not sure I even like the vid much. But it is Billie, so I must has it. :wink: I am like David Tennant that way. He said, "I watch everything Billie does. It's always a pleasure to watch her work. Which reminds me, I have to watch Mansfield Park. I have it recorded but I haven't seen it, yet."
