A few people have asked about the original artwork at the root of my recent icon.

The thumbnails are cut from a large...not AT ALL work safe...piece of fanart by my dear LJ-buddy, swankkat and you can find the original of it (or a virtual facsimilie of same) at the following link:

Please note it is not for kiddies...and not mine except in the posting it sense. It is a depiction of something that will happen in Chapter 15 of Disheveled...an artist's interpretation of the idea.

'Course...Jei rather liked it, too.

She asked me to ask Swank-y how she did it...and I did...but then I didn't understand a word Swank-y said. I just know I got that look on my face that other people get when I start going on about archetypes and story structure. So, I did a cut-and-paste and, apparently, art like this has something to do with digital airbrushing.

Anyway...glad you like it. And I wish Chapter 14 was going better...because I can't wait to get to Chapter 15 either.
