This, my friends, cannot be a good idea. Imagine the world's water supply in the hands of greedy investment bankers. They aren't talking about water COMPANIES here, but the actual water supply, belonging to a few select people.

The source of all life is not something that should be sold to the highest bidder. Money can't replace WATER.

You think you don't like paying 5 dollars for a gallon of gas? Well, you can always ride a bicycle to work, but you need a gallon of water a day to live. You will pay or you will die rather quickly.

This is what the rich think, they look at the source of all life and think, "How can we profit from this?" We need laws enacted against this practice, in the US and other countries, ASAP. And we need to immediately adjust our values, because not everything should be a commodity. How can anyone casually suggest that it would be a great thing to capitalize on people going without WATER? It is inhuman.

Hmm, I spent most of that video trying to work out that woman's accent - and finding the graphics a bit patronising.

On a serious note, I have no doubt that water is going to cause some wars. And if anyone can make desalination cheap enough they can make billions.
