My Hammer Time video was forced off the net awhile back. Basically, it is a tribute to the Tenth Doctor. I've uploaded it again. Let's see how long this version lasts. Please cut and paste then change xx to tt.

Sarah Jane Adventures episode written by RTD spoilers under this cut...well...comments about spoilers as I haven't seen the episode.
It seems that two types of RTD meddling occur in the Sarah Jane episode called "Death of the Doctor"...1) Sarah Jane's crew learns more about regeneration than anyone previously knew...and some of this is considered by fanboys out there to be WRONG! WRONG!WRONG!
Well...guess who is WRONG? That's right, it's the fanboys. Time Lords don't have 13 regenerations naturally. And they are a gift...somehow...and Rassilon wasn't bothered at all by them. It is a general number which anyone with an ounce of sense had to realize we would be ignoring. A careful examination of the canon will show that we have several loopholes on 13 regenerations. Including that statement that the Doctor's people can live forever. And...Rassilon did. Now, it does seem that a madness is associated with more and more regenerations. We have seen the Doctor go through it already. And there is the Master who is quite mad...and Rassilon...and Borusa. And the basic idea of the Valeyard sets the Doctor's madness at a particular point. One that Dalek Caan and Rose might well have altered.
On the other hand, RTD makes a classic RTD mistake...and hand-waves this very important piece of canon. It could be a serious part of the storyline...but he summarily dismisses it and all of the drama that could go along with it, by having the Doctor make a casual comment. On the other hand, how many casual comments have turned out to be so much applesauce in this canon? Many!
Which brings me to the rancid dish of meddling we might have to endure as Doctor/Rose fans. It appears there will be a "special couple" shown in the joyous happy ever after business concerning what becomes of companions. I think if RTD is coming over to SARAH JANE to try to fix what he screwed up with a "oh, now they are happy" flash of Rose and Ten 2...he's really going to fire me up to the point of having to write him some very tetchy letters. I had just come to grips with the Moff fixing things so that we can have some peace. If RTD comes back from the beyond to piss all over my Rose again, I just might have to make this personal.

Or it could even be future! Amy/Rory (giving us a glimpse of their life post-Doctor).
OT: Someone had a trivia list from the season 5 Who dvds and one of them was that Amy learned about all the Doctor's (previous) companions and regenerations in between the episodes "Flesh and Stone," and "The Vampires of Venice."
