Doctor Who Again...'tis the Season
Dec. 7th, 2009 01:22 amFirst order of business...PRESENTS! Someone gave me a snowflake. Snow! Real snow! One of the signs of a happy Doctor Who Finale at Christmas. Thank you! Thank you! Oh, anonymous gift-giver.
Second order of business...I just was rewatching JE and just as the Doctor closes in on Donna with that "I'm so sorry"...and well...takes everything that made her special away...the music knocks four times. I wonder if that's where the idea came from...or if the music is thematic.
And if you don't understand what I just said...you haven't watched your specials, yet. So, I am not going to spoil you by 'splaining things.
In other news, I stumbled across The Lonely Island vid of "I'm on a Boat" and I thought, surely someone has done the classic Doctor Who version of this already.
And sure enough...

It could have been better in a few spots, they seriously should have used the angel ascension for the "arms spread wide" line, but it's still very funny. Also, very explicit lyrics so if hearing MF and CS and a boatload of the general F word makes you twitchy (or you are at work) don't click.
And for your Master fans there's one on the Valient...but it's not as funny as the one I've linked, in my opinion.
