Hello, faithful readers. I could use a bit of help from the internet gurus among you.

When I go to the site below...using Mozilla Firefox...I am immediately flipped to a page with a video advert. I only get a brief glimpse of the actual webpage I'm linking to before this flip happens. Then, an ad runs in a small video frame at the top center of a blank screen. It is annoying, but the real issue is that it does not close. So...basically...I can never look at any web page with this feature, because of I am stuck on their advert which I can only play over and over again. There appears to be no way to skip this advert or return to the website I want to view.

Can anyone tell me how to get out of this eternal loop of annoyance and actually view the webpage?

Oh, and as a treat for your help...there is a lovely link to a David Tennant & Julie Gardner interview (I saw it using IE)...provided you can navigate through the advertising gateway.

I'm not going to be much help because I had no problems with the advertising (and I don't even have an ad blocker). I had some roll-over to embiggen type stuff but they all had the little "x"s. Sorry.

Thanks for the link though. :)

I'm not sure I can help because I have IE.

I do find on places like Blogspot that hitting the back button doesn't work, it keeps you on the same page. I have to go to the top of the browser and select from the list what I want. Not sure if it will work in Mozilla Firefox.

In Firefox Preferences, try disabling JavaScript and Java, and also turn on the Pop-Up Blocker.

Hope that works. Good luck.
