LMAO...the universe speaks

I was going on about the death of hope (see my previous entry for specifics...what's under the cut is just general info but you might skip it too if you are a US DW fan) to my companion as he was opening his mail. I was just saying how RTD should know better...because he's the one who said after Doomsday that he would never kill Rose because to kill Rose was to kill hope and Doctor Who was a show about hope.

He should know better, I said, it used to be so hopeful and now it's not.

Just then my companion started laughing. He holds up a form letter he just opened to me and points at the greeting which reads...

Dear Friend and Fellow Optimist

Smirking, he says, "Look, it's addressed to both of us."

And suddenly the world has some perspective again. SIGH!

Could any of the above paragraphs be considered spoilers? We're only up to The Forest of the Dead and I'd hate to learn what happens in the finale before it airs on US television.

No...not really...it is all a matter of perspective. I tell you what though...I will cover them up...but there is nothing in that that will spoil you. There is something in the other entry though.

*grin* I'm not clicking on any entry that has David or any other member of the cast in the icon. So far this has worked as everyone's been pretty good about spoilers. I just don;t know what is spoiler and what is speculation so it's all very confusing.

I can't wait until it airs in the US! The huge reaction means it'll probably be shocking but I promised Mr man that I'd wait to watch it with him.
