Good gravy! My first ever custom theme! And it works!

Thanks to nisrin who not only created this thing of beauty but gave very simple instructions on how to get it in place. And thanks to ramblinsuze who generously let me copy her work and her links...which I wouldn't have done except...I am so very lame at doing anything neat with my journal.

AND...have you looked at this beautiful banner? I mean...those eyes! I love it.

P.S. Logout to see it in all of it's glory. The bar at the top covering it up is called a navigation bar and you can go to your customise LJ page and make it go away permanently if you want. Just uncheck "show the navigation bar on every page I(or maybe YOU) visit."

Yeah, I didn't realize so many people used the navigation strip on their journal, and it covers up the top part of the layout. I'll take that into account for the next one. Looks like you figured out how to remove it though.

I'll give you some high praise indeed...my SO is very jealous of my love of David Tennant and the time I spend on fanfic and in the D/R fandom. He doesn't complain much but he is always unhappy when I slap up a shipper oriented photo as our computer background...he sort of grumbles "Damn, David Tennant!" but even HE said..."Oh, that's very pretty!" and said I could keep it up.

Thank you, Mary! I was just thinking about you today. I was compiling questions about your neck of the woods and thinking about quizzing you. For my story, you know. But I know you've had a hard time recently so I didn't want to pester ya.

It is good that you give me permission to ignore your question as I had no earthly idea how to answer it. I would have had to ask nirsin myself. So, I'm happy that you had a look and now know all.

Meanwhile, I will compile my questions into a suitable email and wing them off to you. Mostly they have to do with weather, town placement, cows and greenhouses. All having to do with setting and such. I have been websurfing but one can never be sure one is getting the full picture from websites.

It's a lovely layout. It's clean and readable, i.e. the font isn't too small. I considered using it myself, I'm but not quite tired of my discontinued layout.

Thanks! eyesthatslay is very talented. I luv her lots. As for who_daily, I usually do Fridays, but we combined newsletters yesterday. I never realized how much time and effort went into doing it, but I have a whole new respect for the long time editors now.
