VIDEO REC...Secret Diary of a Call Girl/Doctor Who Crossover

I happened to mention in the recent comments for Disheveled 24 or 25...that I was thinking of doing a Diary/Who crossover vid. And I was led via other comments to YouTube and this lovely work.

This is simply a beautiful Rose/Doctor vid, taking much the same stand that I was going to take...of Rose alone in Pete's World...and doing a bang up job with the music and effects. I want everyone to go see it.

this is not a comment on your vid, which I haven't had a chance to watch but rather the easiest way to squee to you. You probably know this already. But they are doing a Doctor Who marathon on Friday on Sci Fi. I might call in sick. AND PBS is showing Mansfield Park on Masterpiece Theater on Sunday and who is in it but Billy. I was watching the commercial and I said, "Wait, that's Rose! What is she doing in Mansfield Park?" Very exciting. Or at least I thought so.

Oh...must watch marathon...as long as Rose is in it. I've seen Mansfield Park...Billie was good but the story was rather boring and rambled, I felt. I really want Billie to get her teeth into a role that really challenges her. She always seems to transcend the material...Secret Diary is a grand example of that.

Perhaps if Secret Diary does well on Showtime, Billie will get some serious offers. I'd love to see her do some quality comedy roles or something that lets her show off her emotional range. Like David Tennant, I love how she can channel so much real emotion into a scene. There's got to be something worthy of her talents out there.

Also, I'm happy you enjoyed the video...it was very atmospheric and lovely.

Blue, how the heck are you? Did you see Disheveled updated? Not that I'm pressing you for comment...you just generally do comment and I thought maybe you missed the update.

Well...you did tell me there was a video out there...I wasn't sure this was the one you meant. Things change on YouTube...vids come and go. But I'm glad you prompted me to go that a look for this one.
