There is another issue--how much responsibility does an author have for who reads the work? Assuming, of course, that the work isn't handed out to children or left in some area that they would innocently frequent. Harry does reach maturity in the books and movies. Of course, it does seem that a lot of the porn is centered on inappropriate relationships, such as those between children and teachers, for example. So, I can certainly see how JKR might view this as a perversion of her intentions.
