Day 20 - Favorite kiss
Day 21 - Favorite ship
I am sorely tempted to give up on this meme which seems to be taking me forever. But I am moving along on the days now. Only 9 more to go.
Day 19 -- For me that would the rebooted Battlestar Galactica. Nearly everyone on that show was an excellent actor and I would follow most of them to other work. I get excited when I hear James Callas has been cast in Eureka and, even though I really don't care much for Eureka, I want to watch it. Same goes for Katie in 24 or the guy who played Helo who's name I cannot spell...I actually considered watching Dollhouse for about 30 seconds when I heard he was cast in it. And of course, Jamie Bamber I have already mentioned and Edward James Olmas was already legendary.
Day 20 -- Favorite Kiss? Hmmm! I did like that Nine/Rose kiss. I also found the Aeryn/John kisses and nose bumps and clothing gnawing to be very hot. But I am going to push the button on my way back machine and go with the Mulder/Scully kiss in The Truth. I loved Walter's reaction to it. Of course the best possible kiss ever...we never had...which will always be the true Ten/Rose kiss.
Day 21 -- Favorite Ship...still Ten and Rose. I think there is something so pure and romantic and yet passionately devoted in the Doctor/Rose relationship. Something that I think culminated in Ten...not Ten2, sadly. No matter how we slice it with Ten 2...it only works if there is a way to get the broken bits of Ten back together again. And I can't imagine Rose not working diligently to that end. So...second favorite ship...probably has to be John/Aeryn. They win of course by being the only really mature scifi relationship ever broadcast. But I still long for a happy canon resolution for the Doctor and Rose...I think I will have to wait for the book version or the movie when I'm 85 for that one, but I do have confidence that some little kid out there is as upset as I was about the screwed up Ten2 nonsense.
