I suppose I need to find this other promo then, as I don't believe I've seen it. Then again I don't get much info under my rock.
I'll stick with the theory that the Master is simply "as mad as an electified eel", because the time loop and properly bringing back Gallifry would be terrible in my opinion.
I am still holding out for the pony. I will not give up hope until I am proved wrong.
