1. Rose Marion Tyler (because he loves her and she loves him and they were happy together)
2. Alastair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart (because he's the Brigadier)
3. Tegan Jovanka (because she could cut out his liver with her tongue...and he liked it).
4. Leela (because she would just cut out your liver).
5. Jo Grant (because she was a fluffy puppy and suited stuffy old Three to a tee).

Five Companions I Can't Stand

1. Mel (screaming...I don't like the screamers. Rose...screamed what? Twice).
2. Peri (Frodolass says it all. *whine...whine...whine...BOOBS* )
3. K-9 (servile little tin dog...I wanted to go after him with a blow torch. It says a lot for the new series that I could tolerate him for one episode.)
4. Adric and Nyssa (I'm cheating here...but what complete non-entities. Adric dies and really I don't care).
5. Romana II(I know...I'm out here alone on this one...but again...she was just too vanilla for me...completely bland. Unlike Romana I who had some spunk, 2 had nothing really to recommend her as far as I can see except she dated Tom Baker).

leaving out Jack and Sarah Jane...both of them are wonderful but I didn't want to go so much with just the new series. I've left out lots of faves, really...like Ace...I adore Ace...which says something about the wonder of this show.
