...it is very god-like. And I think that if we look at Rose...go back and look...and think...is she really still full of the Wolf...she doesn't know about JACK...but she knows what she did when confronting the Daleks in Doomsday. Sloppy writing...maybe...but it is also possible that what Rose kept saying was not really about her love.
I am purposing that Rose and 10 love one another...but that is a separate issue to the Bad Wolf...the Bad Wolf saw all of time and space...and it wasn't the Doctor SAFE...protected from the false god. Rose doesn't think 10 should be left on his own.
