He was the distilled evil between regenerations...in Old School. But I think we can safely say that he might be 10. And 10.2 is the new age Doctor...he has people...humanity is part of him. He is the realignment of the Doctor to his new home.
10.2 is the Doctor we should have...I think...and 10 should have the life he's always wanted...the life with Rose. Rose is very like him...she was once a time god, too.
