CBS is in trouble. It looks like there isn't one show in their line up I'll be watching. Oh, wait...CSI...but only if they are keeping Sara Sidle and Grissom together.

NBC however...has Bionic Woman (which I may not watch fanatically...not sure if it will work in this maudlin BSG-style but I must check out...if only to cheer for Katee) and Life (which is the show I am most interested in...primarily because I had that same exact idea for a show...and want to see how it plays out). And...let's see...NBC has something else...what is it...? What?

Oh, yeah...

HEROES, BABY!!

I was puttering around in the kitchen when I hear Mohindar's lovely accent and some mournful tune and I rush in to the living room to watch the very end of the new trailer.

I, then, spent the next 2 hours looking for said trailer online.

The rest of you don't have to work so hard...because...here's the link to the latest HEROES trailer...enjoy!

You are welcome. Is it September 24th, yet?

**does a quiet little squee since it's 1:23 in the morning** Thanks for sharing. I paid no attention to Heroes last season, and ignored half my FL... then decided to download it and watched it all in 3 days. How could I help but fall in love?

I checked the calendar, and no, unfortunately - it's not September 24th yet. **sighs** But it's coming...!

Looking forward to fall

I love Damian Lewis and am looking forward to the new series "Life". It looks funny and the premise sounds promising.

Yay! I've been avoiding NBC for awhile so I miss any trailers that happen to occur. Thank you so much for finding the video on Youtube!

well i cant decide if that promo is more lke a car commercial, an antidepressent, insurnce or something else.

well cbs has often been weak for me. but they brought back jericho which made me make them a pal. and then im also going to try moonlight for who is involved in that now.

Oh...yes...get Moonlight ratings...so Sophia can stay in the US of A. I see this as a win-win for more David Tennant sightings...either he will go back on the dating market...or spend more time in the US. On the other hand...Moonlight is far, far too much like Angel. And the genre has been so overdone in literature of late that I have no patience for the vampire detectives anymore.

This reminds me I must watch the last few eps of last season's Heroes. I got distracted by Dexter, which annoys me in many ways, but somehow keeps me coming back for more.

*resolves to start downloading again*

And here I thought I'd finally make it through a season without much to watch but...oh well.

Thanks for the video. Feel free to find more interesting things online. Wouldn't want you to get idle hands. We all know what happens then....

I'm actually curious about how Moonlight will turn out because of all the changes that have been made. Pretty much the entire cast has been replaced and there's a new guy running the show. First David Greenwalt (which I love!!) and then the guy behind the first season of Dark Angel. (Greenwalt stepped down due to health issues.) So, this show has the potential to be pretty good.

I think I'm going to skip Bionic Woman and only watch the Katee clips online. I'm not pleased with what I've heard of the program so far. Also, they fired Anne from Arrested Development (she's awesome) and replaced her with a skinny blond girl.

As for Heroes, I think I might tune in next season after hearing all this casting news about the upcoming season. Kristen Bell? Fantastic! David Anders? Too cool! :)

Sara and Grissom. You a fan of them too? I adore this couple and they're the reason why I started watching the program again last season. Those two as a couple make absolute sense and it's great to see them converse intellectually.

actually it seems to be way like 'forever knight' and not really like angel.
but then again every vampire show staring a vampire is about redemption for past sins it seems.
i wasnt going to give it a chance until i heard about all the changes. they totally revamped it. ha. so we'll see-i believe its in a slot that doesnt interfer with any other show.

Hey, have you seen the pilot for Pushing Daisies? That's one show I'm really looking forward to this fall. The show is pure joy and at least the first episode made me grin like mad.

Yes, yay for Heroes coming back soon. I watched the promo you linked--very cool.

Oh, wait...CSI...but only if they are keeping Sara Sidle and Grissom together.

Oh, you're a CSI fan, and like Grissom and Sara? Sweet! You should totally keep watching--I have a feeling they'll keep Grissom and Sara together. They should, as that relationship has been getting the show tons of press ever since the season 6 finale.

And to try to tempt you even more, here's the beautiful promo that just aired a few days ago: Season 8 Promo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvaNAIBuYfU).

Oh...thanks for the promo

I hope you are right about Gris and Sara bring in publicity. TVGuide and Matt Roush have been so negative about the whole business that I've gotten a skewed view of what the public is saying. I'm not a rabid fan of Gris/Sara but I'm also not blind. The relationship has been there since the second episode of the series...and there HAVE been times when it was all that kept me watching.

CSI is such a formula driven show that there isn't much for a shipper to hang onto...but the little Gris/Sara tidbits have always had spark. I don't really get where people see Catherine/Gris. I think they are hung up on her because she is the female lead and he's the male lead. But the characters have very little in common and have never shown the slightest bit of interest in each other. I, also, don't get the whole "age gap" complaint about Sara...Jorja Fox is pushing 40...so it's hardly cradle robbing.

I can't wait for Heroes. Much of this coming fall season looks interesting. Though I think I will skip all of the deriviative Doctor Who stuff. The Doctor is the Doctor...and Journeyman isn't. Not to mention...it's more Quantum Leap than anything. It's like is Moonlight more Angel or Forever Knight. Is New Amsterdam more Torchwood or Highlander?

Thanks again for the CSI promo link.
